We review reports promptly. We may remove any content, and may warn, suspend, or permanently remove any account that breaks these Terms, at our discretion and with or without notice.
You own the comments, posts, ratings, and recommendations you share on ShowUp ("Your Content").
By sharing Your Content, you give ShowUp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and share it as needed to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups or where the law requires us to keep them.

If you allow it, ShowUp sends alerts to your phone or computer, for example when a friend comments on a show or a show you follow has a new season. If you have not turned on phone alerts, ShowUp may send you a weekly email recap of comments you missed.
You can turn these off at any time in Settings > Notifications, and every recap email includes a link to stop them. Sign-in codes are sent by email and are required to use ShowUp.
Show details, artwork, and streaming information come from The Movie Database (TMDB) and other sources, and may be incomplete or change over time. Please check with the streaming service for current availability. ShowUp uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
